Do you live or have a business in a rural area that does not get many trick or treaters? Northwood's Honor Society is sponsoring their annual Trunk or Treat on Tuesday, October 31st from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. This event averages between 200 and 300 trick or treaters. If you would like to join in the fun and distribute treats, contact Mrs. Birdsill at the school, stephanie_birdsill@northwoodk12wi.com.
This past week some of our Northwood students who are either in Tech Ed classes or juniors got the opportunity to attend "Build My Future." This event was held in Glenwood City and was sponsored by the St. Croix County Builders. What a great experience for these Evergreens!

Notice: The Spring 2023 Wisconsin Forward test results are being sent home with the youngest child in the family starting today, Monday, Sept. 18th. The Wisconsin Forward test involved students in grades 3rd-8th & 10th last year. If your child was not a Northwood student last year and not in one of the previously mentioned grades, your family will not be receiving an envelope. At Northwood today, our students got to hear a great presentation about the Ride Safe initiative with PowerSports and how to be safe and still enjoy their rides. Then they got to rotate through six different stations (ATV, UTV, MOTO, Watercraft, Snowmobile, and helmet fitting) to talk about specifics related to them all. It was a great experience for them all.
