There was a lot of excitement this last day of the 23-24 school year at Northwood. To top the start off of the day, the students enjoyed seeing all of the neat fire truck!

On the last day of school, Northwood will be having five groups of students arriving by fire truck. Minong, Wascott and Gordon Fire Departments are all participating. Some student's parents won this treat at Septemberfest and some won this at Family and Community Night. So, no need for alarm if you see those trucks at Northwood on Thursday morning!

Today (Tuesday, May 28th) Northwood / Solon Springs Softball plays Mellen in the Sectional semifinal & Northwood / Solon Springs Baseball plays Winter/Birchwood in the Regional semifinal. Both games will be at Northwood starting at 5:00 PM. With wins today, the baseball team will play Wednesday at Northwood with game time at 5:00 PM and the softball team will play Thursday at Athens with the game starting at 5:00 PM.
