Both boys set PRs in every lift.
BRODY: 430 Squat, 245 Bench, 495 Dead - 1170lb Total (50lb PR)
DOM: 380 Squat, 180 Bench, 385 Dead - 945lb Total (55lb PR)

The Northwood Girls Basketball team are CONFERENCE CHAMPS!! (First time since 2011). The Booster Club will be putting in an order for long sleeved black t-shirts. You can choose between 50/50 (cotton/poly) or Performance (that silkier feeling shirt) by Monday(2/14) - short notice, but we would like to have them in hand for tournament time. The shirts are $17 each, $2 for each additional, i.e. xxl would be $19, 3xl $21, etc. Please contact Heather Golembiewski or Erin Vaara to place an order or send/bring money to school office on Monday.
This week Northwood had a Pie in the Face contest to raise money for a Northwood 1st Grader and her family who is currently being treated for leukemia. Mrs. Birdsill was the winner representing the junior class and Julian was the lucky student who was able to pie her. The school raised $600 for the family. Northwood will be again having another Hats for Helping Day on Thursday, Jan. 27th. All proceeds are going to a first grader and her family. This first grader was recently diagnosed with leukemia and will be needing to go to and from treatment and spend time in the hospital, as well. Our Northwood family wants to help them with those costs.
